1. How does this work? 

You join the club. Once you join the club, you will fill out a survey about your child or children. Then we put them into our database as CBC members. When you need a sitter, you schedule in our app, by email or call us. Once you call we schedule your certified childcare specialist! Once your job is accepted, we invoice you, you pay and money never exchanges hands between you and the sitter. 

2. What is the 40 a month for? 

This is for the service. You will be getting childcare specialists trained by the best in the field. The monthly cost covers are admin, booking, background checks and training. Plus, it allows us to give 100 percent of your fee to our amazing specialists. 

3. How much is a sitter? 

For members, Sitters are 10.00 an hour for up to two children. It is 5.00 an hour for three or more. Group rates depend on event. Each member gets 3 bookings for their monthly fee, any additional will be a 10.00 processing fee. 

4. Are all of your sitters background checked? 

Yes, Not only are they background checked, a criminal history background check is ran on each one and they are crosschecked through references and job history. 

5. Can I cancel? 

Yes, of course, if you are not using sitters, Cancel anytime! 

6. How early do I need to book a sitter? 

We are only allowing so many members so that there will be sitters available. But weekends will book up quickly. We would suggest you book as early as possible. You always must book 24 hours in advance. 

7. What are your hours? 

Our team works until 11 pm on week nights and 12 am on weekends. We will offer overnights in certain situations, but there will be a fee involved. 

8. If I am having an event, can you watch all of our kids? 

​Yes, the group will be brought to our preschool and charged a group rate. We will have enough sitters to have legal ratios covered.
